He is survived by: his wife Vickie Joy Kelley May; his son Christopher Kuhn (Holly); his granddaughters, Faith and Hope; his daughter Jennifer Rafferty; his granddaughter Kristin; his daughter-in-law Lori Kuhn; his granddaughters, Mikayla and Maddison; his children, Edward Kuhn, Vivian Hatfield and Robert Kuhn; and his brother Darrel Kuhn (Carol). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
