He is survived by: his children, Marty Goade (Kristie) and Jennifer; his grandsons, Alex Baker (Katelyn Rabaduex), Andrew Baker and Jake Goade (Shelby Cole); his great grandchild Jackson Baker; and his sisters, Carolyn Johnson and Faye Farris.
Memorial contributions may be given to The Shriner's Children's Hospital in care of the mortuary.
