He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Jack Riggins and Rosa Mae Isaac Riggins of Dudley; and his siblings, Herman, Ed, James Isaac (Curley), Howard, John Wayne Riggins, Betty Jean Barker, Lorene Abernathy, Mary Alice Hays and Joy Marie Hampton.
He is survived by: his significant other Donna Ann Riggins of Puxico; his children, Hollie Michelle Riggins, Larry Joshua Riggins and Dillin Lynch Riggins of Puxico; his stepchildren, Jason Lance McCollum, Lisa Elizabeth McCollum and Louesa Cona Mccollum; his grandchildren, Frank Holland III, Dalton John Andrews, Wyatt Gene Kelly and Jessie Michelle Kelly; and his sisters, Helen Sue Ann Walker and Sarah Jane Aarant of Dexter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
