She was predeceased by: her parents, Deward Cook and Rosie Gregory Cook; and her sister Betty Milton. She is survived by: her husband Wendell Pfeffer; her children, Christian, Mike Pfeffer (Paula) of Dexter, Philip Pfeffer (Heather) of Scott City, Greg Pfeffer (Sharon) of Dexter, Missouri, Shari McConnell (Mac) of Cape Girardeau and Karen Sagaskey (David) of Wynne, Arkansas; and her brothers, Donald Cook (Dorothy) of Murray and Ronnie Cook (Charlotte) of Murray, Kentucky. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
