He is survived by: his parents, John Matthew Heath and Linda Christine "Hale" Heath; his siblings, Matthew Elias Heath (Taylor) of Puxico, Andrew Nathan Heath (Chantel) of Poplar Bluff, James Levi Heath of Puxico, Katie Fails (Chance) of Puxico and Sarah of Dexter, Missouri.; his nieces, Madeline and Kyla; and his nephew Wyatt.
