She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Gearhart and Florence Miller Gearhart; her husband Don Emery; her son Brian Emery; and her siblings, Byrnadeen Failor, Linda Gearhart, Shirley Fifer, Marvin Gearhart and Harry Gearhart.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Emery (Pat) of Peculiar, MO., Karla Ream (Ron) of Paola, KS. and Sonja Burchett (Calvin) of Freeman, MO.; her daughter-in-law Amber Emery of Peculiar, MO.; her sister Jane Wolfe; and her sisters-in-law, Dena Gearhart and Marsha Gearhart. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
