He is survived by: his wife Lynn Frazee; his sons, Steven Frazee, Nicholas Frazee, Zachary Frazee and Justin Frazee; his stepdaughters, Michelle Alqlaf and Crystal Krohn; and his sister Debbie Stephenson.
