He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Musick; and his brothers, Marvin and Merlin Musick. He is survived by: his former wife Nina Louise Hoffman; his sons, Douglas Musick (Kristie) and Gregory Musick (Charlene); his grandchildren, Shelbi Musick, Ashley Kasper (Teddy) and Amy Faulkner (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Houston, Brooks, Emory, Oaklee and Sloan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
