She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Elbert Philpott and Floy Allene (Hook); her stepfather Walter Tucker (James Arthur Hocker, Jr.); her daughter Barbara Taylor; her great grandchild Wyatt Deel; and her sons, Randy Hocker and Bill Hocker. She was also cherished by nine granddaughters, 17 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
