She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Hoffman and Clara Johnston Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Myron E. Musick; her sons, Douglas Musick (Kristie) and Gregory Musick (Charlene); her grandchildren, Shelbi Musick, Ashley Kasper (Teddy) and Amy Faulkner (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Houston, Brooks, Emory, Oaklee and Sloan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
