He is survived by: his mother Judy Radabaugh Whitehead; his siblings, David Whitehead (Leslie), Randy Whitehead (Carol), Kim Carver (Todd), Randa Toburen (Doug) and Tracey Nelson; his daughters, Heather Whitehead (Sergio), Amber Whitehead (Josh) and Rachel Whitehead; and his grandchildren, Brielle Razo and Bailey Cobb. He is also survived by extended family members and many dear friends.
