He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lee and Vinecy Lee Bogar Stark; his wife Delores Dawson; his children, Elijah, Ron and Deborah Morgan; and his brothers, R. L. and Bill.
He is survived by: his children, Donald "Pete" Stark (Linda) of Prescott and Tamera Motley (Dave) of Drexel, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Louise "Susie" Miller of Melbourne, Florida. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
