He is survived by: his wife Karron Mullins of Downing, Missouri; his father Max Dwayne Kelsey of Queen City, Missouri; his children, Audrey Bartlett (Jesse) of Mexico and Benjamin Kelsey (Alli) of Lancaster, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kennedy of Mexico, Missouri and Kassandra Bartlett of Mexico, Missouri; and his siblings, Linda Walker (Mitchel) of Mantee, Mississippi and Rodger Kelsey (Glenda) of Brookfield, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members and many good friends.
