He was predeceased by: his parents, James Milton and Roberta Eileen Fishback (Bone); and his sister Penny Mudd. He is survived by: his wife Janet Elaine Gooden; his children, Tony Fishback (Chris) of Wildwood, MO, Christin Hylton (Robb) of Waynesville, MO and Kris Roberts (April) of Middleton, OH; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Hannah Fishback, Seth, Caleb, Joshua Monroe, Clayton Hylton, Michael, Timothy and Jade Roberts. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
