She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald House and Josephine House (Kent); her siblings, Junior House (Mary), Carolyn Kelly (Vincent) and Robert House (Bobbie); and also, Robert and Tyra Holton (Morgan).

She is survived by: her husband Herman Holton; her children, Rhonda Short (Curtis), Joseph (Jody), Tyra (Ty Lynn) and Bartels (Robert); her siblings, Billy House (Colleen) and Sandra Reese (Jerry); her in-laws, Gene Holton (Cindy), Roy Holton (Doreen), Harold Holton, Paul Holton (Wanda), James Holton (Carlotta), Alvin Holton (Kristy) and Leo Holton (Rachael); and her pets, Molly and Tippy. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
