He is survived by: his sons, Duane Nathaniel of Unionville and Sean Phillip of Chillicothe, Missouri; his partner Kim Martin of Downing, Missouri; his children, Daniel Biller Jr. (Jenny) of Rockford, Nichole DeRyke of Milan, Jared Martin of Downing and Phillip Martin (Timber); his sisters, Deborah Biller of Virginia, Patricia Boddy of Oklahoma and Peggy Waite of Illinois; and also, Fred and Sheila Martin of Lancaster, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
