She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Howard and Effie Jane Evans Howard. She is survived by: her son Larry Russell; her daughter-in-law Patty; her children, Gary Russell (Bonnie) and Sharon Russell; her grandsons, Brady Russell (Kasay Kimmel), Ted Russell (Jodie), Floyd Russell and Brian Russell (Andrea); her sisters, Leona Cash and Dorcus Tear; and her son Terry Russell. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
