He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack McDonald and Lora McDonald (Smith); his wife Joyce McDonald (Clinton); his parents-in-law, Charley and Orpha Clinton; his siblings, Raymond McDonald (Freda), Ben McDonald, Dorothy Atha (Willis), Mary Cooper (Hubert), Ada Easley, Ruthie Davis (Otis) and Janace Mitchell (Lloyd); and his close friends, Eldon Russell and Junior Berry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charlene Causey (Jay), Kay Davis, Lora Loftis (Danny), Robyn Reahr (Jeremiah) and Ashley Richison (Eric); his grandchildren, Darrin Causey (Valerie), Robbie Causey (Sarah), Todd Causey (Brandi), Kyle Mings (Laiken), Dakota Mings (Kristi), Kayla Davis (Josh), Cheyenne Mings, Skyler Davis and Elijah Richison; his sister Louise Dennis (Cliff); his sisters-in-law, Ruth Sheppard (Stasey) and Carol McDonald; and his close friends, Edd Friend (Ina) and Judy Russell. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
