He is survived by: his wife Kay Kelley Dobbs; his children, Kenneth, Joseph, Ethan Dobbs, Kari Leroy, Sandra Martin, Amanda Massey and Charity Bledsoe; and his siblings, Lena Fern, Dottie, Wendell and Dwain. He is also survived by nineteen grandkids.
