He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Spurlock and Lillian Spurlock (Randall); and his stepchildren, Vincent Schrimsher and Claudette Wright. He is survived by: his daughter Carla Field of Doniphan; his stepchildren, Robert Highland of Poplar Bluff, MO and Marilyn Merritt of White City, MO; his grandchildren, Holly, Travis, Roshella and Jimmy Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Devin, Bree and Austin.
