As William departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved William. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Iser and Adeline Iser (Neff); and his brothers, Teddy Iser of Littlestown, MD and Vincent Iser of Thurmont, MD. He is survived by: his wife Doris Watson; his daughter Kathy Monaghan of Doniphan; and his grandchildren, Bill Monaghan (Paula), James Monaghan (Sonya), Rob Monaghan (Christy), Jeff Monaghan, Brian Monaghan (Tasha) and Brittney Monaghan. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews.
