It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Adrian Cope in Doniphan, Missouri, born in Huntsville, Alabama, who passed away on August 26, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Grundy C. Cope; his wife Doris Lee Cope; his granddaughter Teresa Cruce Landsea (Matt); and his great grandchild Justin Lee Cruce. He is survived by: his daughters, Jane Cruce (Don) of Suches, Georgia and Marie Shifflett (Dave) of Doniphan; and his grandchildren, David Cruce (Missy), Adrienne Cruce Garcia (Gabe), Sheena Cruce Fox (Simon) and Stephen Shifflett. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
