Wayne Rush Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wayne Rush of Doniphan, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 24, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Joe Rush. He is survived by: his mother Edith Rush (Milum); his wife Marilyn Mathis; his children, Lori Adell (Paul) of Sikeston, MO, Lindsey Schlief (Ryan) of Dexter, MO and Logan Rush (Mackenzie) of Clever, MO; his sister Carol Lamoureux (Les) of Branson; his grandchildren, Kadison, Kambry, Kennon Adell, Rylin Jo, Rivers, Ridge Schlief, Colby, Ella Kate and Avery Rush; and his nephew Phillip Lamoureux (Caitlin). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
When he contracted Covid in January 2021, Wayne spent over 110 days in the hospital and was sent home on hospice.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his name to Paragould Children's Home, 5515 Walcott Road, Paragould, AR 72450.
