It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scelina Kay Payne of Doniphan, Missouri, who passed away on August 30, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Simpson and Willa Simpson; and her siblings, Angela Daughtery and Barry Simpson. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Payne; her children, Danielle Sadler, Natalia Payne (Jeremy Royer), Ladeana Payne (Antonio Fraire), Leigh Ann Miller (John Miller), Misty Millis (Jason Millis) and Jeremiah Payne (Amy Payne); and her siblings, Billie Joe Houtz, Bobbie Joe Simpson, Ross Simpson, Eric and Hugh Derickson.
