He is survived by: his spouse Carol Schwarz; his children, Starla Jean Musgrave (James) of La Porte, IN, William Jay Burch of La Porte, IN, Debbie Ann Burch of La Porte, IN and Tracy Lynn Pacheco (Hipolito, Jr.) of Michigan City, IN; his siblings, Wanda Moore of Doniphan, Betty Shonk of Doniphan, Francis Pringle of Doniphan, Dean Brooks of Texas, Ira Burch Jr, Marion Thomas Burch of Doniphan, Gene Burch of Arizona and Ed Burch of Biggers, AR; and his grandchildren, Erin Musgrave, Sarah Musgrave, Ethan Musgrave and Hipolito Pacheco III.
