He was predeceased by: his mother Mary S. Kruse (Copas). He is survived by: his father Robert J. Kruse of Ellsinore, MO; his daughter Dannielle Kammerud of Monroe, WI; and his siblings, Jim Kruse of Rockford, IL, Vicky Stucker (Steve) of Ellsinore, MO. and Deanna Kruse (Steve Ley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
