He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Stilwell and Irene Stilwell; and his siblings, Jackie, Donnie Stilwell and Bonnie Casteel.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Stilwell (Slagle); his children, Phillip "Jeff" Stilwell (Sharon) of Bella Vista, AR, Jennifer Hubbs (Don) of Liberty, MO and Steve Stilwell (Jackie) of O'Fallon, MO; his sister Evelyn Ederer of Doniphan, MO; his siblings-in-law, Larry Casteel of Doniphan and Rose Gossett of Doniphan; his grandchildren, Allie Chezem (Chris), Makena, Bella Hubbs, Hannah Davenport (Tanner), Lucas, Katie and Betty Stilwell; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Meena Chezem, Ephraim and Gideon Davenport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
