She was predeceased by: her parents, William Asa and Lona Evelyn Reeves (Terrell); her husband Charles McGowen; her siblings, Edna Morgan, Jessie Newman and Bill Reeves; and her grandson Eric Knowlton.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna McMorris (Mike) of Doniphan; her grandson Brad Knowlton (Sonja) of Doniphan; and her stepchildren, Billy Heflin and Myrna Linden.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the ASPCA or the Humane Society.
