He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle C. Richmond and Helen Hubbard Richmond; and his wife Birdie Little. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Brittain (Barry) of Doniphan, Brenda Kay Payno of Jonesboro, AR, Jo Linda Murray (Steve) of Farmington, MO and Yuvonda Rae Carner (Gary) of Ellsinore, MO; and his stepchildren, Janet Ebersole (Bill) of Poplar Bluff, MO and Ken Dowd of Cape Girardeau, MO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
