He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald LeRoy Palmer and Margaret Swindle Ryskey; his daughter Lillian Rose Palmer; and his brother Harvey Hook. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lipsey; his children, Aaron Madrid Palmer of Clearwater, FL, Alyssa Rose Palmer, Jeanetta Jo Jackson of Paragould, AR and Randy D. Pate of Paragould; and his siblings, Judy Robertson of Rosebud, AR, Jennifer Littell of Doniphan, Robert Palmer of Crawfordville, FL, Gary Palmer of Portland, OR and Jeffery Swindle of Crawfordville, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
