He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kane and Lora Kane (Hayes); and his siblings, Bashie Williams, Verna Holland, Irene Davis, Silvia Albanesi, Robert, Willard, Willis, Warren and Paul Kane.
He is survived by: his wife Janis Henderson; and his brothers, Ken Kane of West Plains, MO and Lawrence Kane of Yoncalla, OR.
The family requests memorials be made to the Doniphan VFW Post 3485 or the DAV (Disabled American Veterans).
