He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis S. Bingham and Edith Bingham (Barks); and his daughter Johnna Carrie Bingham. He is survived by: his spouse Carrie June Colburn; his children, John Samuel Bingham of Colorado and Deidre Jane Ruebel (Michael) of St. Louis, Missouri; and his sister Rosalea Allgood (Roger) of Cape Girardeau.
