He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Elliott and Naomi; and his siblings, Dorothy Collins, Tommy Elliott, T. W. Elliott and Jimmy Elliott.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Elliott II, Whitney of Middleton, Nelson Elliott of Doniphan and Neil Elliott of Doniphan, Missouri.; his sisters, Donna Hilton of Doniphan and Mary Rush of Oklahoma; and his significant other Theresa White. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
