He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira J. Burch and Ada Bell Niswonger Burch; and his siblings, Robert, Ed Burch, Edna Burch, Marie Burch and Mary Stoneburger.
He is survived by: his wife Towana Burch; his children, Donna Fay Burch of Florida and Roy Lyndell Burch of Illinois; and his siblings, Gene Burch of Arizona, Marion Thomas Burch of Doniphan, Missouri, Jean Brooks of Texas, Frances Pringle of Doniphan, Betty Shonk of Doniphan and Wanda Moore of Doniphan, Missouri. He is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
