He is survived by: his spouse Mary Alice Kelly; his children, Grady Ray Slayton, Jr., Elizabeth Nicole, Howard Gene and Alex Ray Slayton of St. Louis; his siblings, Roberta Slayton of Doniphan, Bob Slayton of Grandin, Charles Slayton of Illinois, Tom Slayton of Oklahoma and Billy Slayton of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Hunter Johnson, Timber Johnson, Brook Trinity Martinez, Dakota Tucker of Thayer, Katie Marie Slayton, Gary Howard Slayton, Clifford Tuck, Jasamine Holmes, Chloe Holmes, Corey Watts, Terry Watts, Kim Watts and Donald Watts; and his great grandchild Matthew Ray Tucker.
