He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Pam Carter (Gary) of Rogers, AR; his wife Wilma LeGrand; his parents, Cleta LeGrand and Earl LeGrand; his siblings, Milford, Edna, Mildred, Wilma Tongay and Opal Kester; his daughters, Cindy Dunlap (Steve) of Poplar Bluff, MO, Dorinda Parmley (Butch) of Rogers, AR and Tammy Davidson of Doniphan, MO; and his grandchildren, Summer McChristian, Kyle Young, Jared Carter, Kimberlee Harrison, Caleb, Candace Parmley and Derek Davidson. He was also cherished by 11 great grandchildren.
The family has requested that everyone in attendance at both the visitation and funeral wear a mask, and please practice social distancing.
