She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Welp and Wilma Welp (Fagan); her son Walter; her husband Paul; and her siblings, Melvin Welp and Arlene.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis (Lu Ann), Stuart (Tammy) and Theresa; and her grandchildren, Tasha, Royce, Kevin, Kelsey, Tyler and Analise. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
