With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Della Mae Crook of Doniphan, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 3, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Della Mae is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Schanz and Hazel Schanz (Oliver); her husband Vernon Crook; her son Marvin Young; and her sister Rae Schanz.
She is survived by: her children, Elmer Young of Doniphan, Glenn Crook of Ellsinore, MO, Rhonda Tipton of Grandin, MO, Howard Young of Willow Springs, MO and Shawn Manning of Garden City, MO; and her siblings, Dollie Clampit, Butch Schanz of Hillsboro, MO and Chuck Schanz of Arnold, MO.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
