She is survived by: her mother Shirley Mae Morton (Gazaway) of Doniphan; her son Mike Haywood (Donna) of Doniphan; her grandchildren, Melissa Dornin, Megan Dornin, Paul Giovingo, Brandon, Raven and Alex Sturgeon; and her great grandchildren, Bentley, Layton, Khyzer, Paul Jr., Khyra, Jaxon, Jake and Luke.
