Carl Shrum Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Shrum of Doniphan, Missouri, who passed away on May 10, 2023 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carl Shrum to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hustan Shrum and Genie Shrum (Burgess) of Doniphan; his wife Carolyn Sue Sessums; and his siblings, Junior Ozbun of Doniphan, Charles 'Junior Shrum of Doniphan, Mary Sue (Shrum), Elvis 'Babe Hearn of Phoenix, Arizona, Donald Gene Shrum and Rosemary.

He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Carlton (Kris Shrum) of Marion, Illinois and Brian Keith Shrum of Nixa, Missouri.; his siblings, Dorothy (Shrum), Acy Green of Dexter, Missouri and Virginia 'Sissy' (Shrum); his great grandchildren, Kallie Harris and Penelope Keough; and also, Jason Shrum, Katie Keough (Craig), Lukas Shrum, Gabrielle Shrum, Sophia Shrum, Tyler Shrum, Keelie Shrum and Keith Shrum. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews plus many friends.
