She is survived by: her husband Willis Whitwell of Doniphan; her son Brent; her daughter-in-law Laura Whitwell of Doniphan; her grandson Jacob Whitwell; and her brothers, Dennis Chaligoj of Stockton, Missouri, Barry, Tom and Robert Chaligoj of Grandin.
