He is survived by: his parents, James Albert and Big Boy; his stepmother Laura Mae Burton (Clifton); his spouse Carolyn Lou Holland; his children, Norma, Jamerson of Benton, Janice, Messner of Doniphan, Tammie and Billie Jr. of Doniphan; his grandchildren, Angel, Steve, Brandon, Sara and Paige; and also Nora Ivy Burton. He is also survived by his father and mother, step-mother.
