She is survived by: her husband Robert Slayton; her daughter Rebecca Smith (Jon) of Moyock, NC; her sister Helen Mansfield of Granite City, IL; her grandsons, Jonathan Allan Smith and Nathanial Alaxander Michalak-Smith (Stephanie); and her great grandchild Phoenix Michalak-Smith.
