She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sebastian and Evelyn Sebastian (Pierce); and her sister Cynthia Sebastian. She is survived by: her husband Randyll Hamelton; her children, Sha, Carrie and Katherine; and her sister Karen Sitzes. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
