She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Norman and Maude Barnhouse. She is survived by: her parents, David Barnhouse and Marcia Barnhouse (Myers); her son Wayne Lee Stephens; her stepchildren, Gabe Stephens, Robert Stephens and Patty Stumbaugh; her grandparents, Larry and Bette Myers; her siblings, Jonathan Barnhouse, Meghan Barnhouse, Joshua Barnhouse, Jarrod Barnhouse and Jaxon Barnhouse; and her nephew Maverick.
Memorial donations may be made to the Farmington High Junior ROTC and the American Cancer Society – Ovarian Cancer.
