He is survived by: his wife Velma; his daughters, Melodie York (Chris) and Penny Ingram; his daughter-in-law Janet Phegley; his grandchildren, Joey (Jessica), Christopher, Chelsea (Wesley), Taylor (Marissa), Elyssa, Brenden, Ethan and Evan; and his great grandchildren, Lily, Abel, Brooklynn and Aria. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and good friends.
