She was predeceased by: her parents, William Heasel and Melbourne Phegley Skaggs. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Johnson (Gary), Bob Lincoln (Debbie) and Fred Lincoln (Kris); her grandchildren, Adam, Troy, Bobby, Sean, Timmy, Jodi, Angie and Michael; her sisters, Jenny, Margaret Gibson (John), Betty Usher (Paul), Nadine Smith (Carl) and Melba Enderle; her children-in-law, Gary Johnson and Kris Lincoln; her sisters-in-law, Wanna Skaggs and Linda Skaggs; her husband Tom Morris; her siblings, Sonny Skaggs, Billy Skaggs and Maxine Nichols; and her granddaughter Amanda "Amy" Connell. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, family members and friends.
