He was predeceased by: his father Earl Leroy; and his brother Mike Fischbeck. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lee Fischbeck (Hahn); his children, Sherie Pence and David Fischbeck, Jr.; his grandson Jayden Petersen; and his brothers, Tim Fischbeck (Suzanne) and Mark (Leslie).
