Charles Ray Skaggs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2020, at the age of 76, Charles Ray Skaggs (Doe Run, Missouri), born in Bonne Terre, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luiea Skaggs and Macie Skaggs (Lewis); his sister Hazel LaDon Webster; and his brother-in-law Sam Webster. He is survived by: his wife Janet Skaggs (Parrott) of Doe Run; his daughters, Lisa Sweeney (Jeff) of Farmington and Shana Hanger (John) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Shane Sweeney, Shania Sweeney, Dylan Sarratt, Brandt Sarratt and Skylar Sweeney; and his siblings, Anna Honerkamp (Joe) of Fredericktown, Jim Skaggs (Ginny) of DeSoto and Rick Skaggs (Gale) of Oxford, GA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
