He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parron and Mae Beatrice Chandler, Sr. (Cogswell); and his brother Clinton H. Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Nina Ann Chandler (Heck); and his friend Bill. He is also survived by Three nieces, one nephew, other relatives.
